FCIL Seminar Series: International Courts and Tribunals In-Person
Session One:
This workshop will provide an overview of the roles and functions of various international tribunals and courts. There will be a guided demonstrations on navigating databases of international courts, such as the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). Participants will learn to access and utilize important resources like case law, judgements, and news updates on the ICJ website, as well as master the use of the HUDOC database for ECHR case law searches, enabling them to efficiently locate and retrieve relevant case law and legal documents.
