FCIL Seminar Series: International Law and Human Rights Research In-Person
Session Six:
This workshop covers key resources for researching human rights treaties, conventions, protocols, and customary law, including comprehensive databases like the Max Planck Encyclopedias of Public International Law and the ICRC Customary International Humanitarian Law Database. It will also address navigation of tribunal websites such as the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, while emphasizing the use of Oxford Reports databases for analyzing case law across human rights and international courts.
