[LTI] Outlook In-Person

Communicating with colleagues and clients is a core part of legal practice, and many lawyers spend hours every day in Microsoft Outlook. Email is also the source of many mistakes, like emailing the wrong person, sending the wrong attachment, or leaving a key person off of a meeting invite. Learn how Outlook works, how it differs from Gmail, and how to leverage it to work faster and minimize errors. We'll also discuss email conventions and expectations in legal practice.
